CNC Setup Machinist/Operator (Full-Time)

The successful candidate will be responsible for training and assisting operators and machinists on set-ups, editing programs, completing inspection of parts for discrepancies and blemishes, and producing high-quality and quantity parts efficiently with minimal supervision. Employees are expected to maintain a safe, clean work area.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 5-10 years experience in CNC shop environment, programming with MasterCam, setup, and operation of CNC Mills/Lathe. Also very familiar with setup and operation of CNC Lathes, Mills, 5 Axis Mills, and Mill Turn
  • Read and translate drawings/CAD models.
  • Experience as a shift lead or supervisor
  • Provide feedback to improve work instructions
  • Working knowledge of GD&T Methodology and experience tight tolerance parts
  • Develop fixtures and setups to enable more efficient production
  • Help to schedule work through the CNC, accounting for lead times, yield, and required delivery
  • The ability to learn quickly and able to work productively without direct supervision
  • Provide training and development to future employees in the department
  • Ability to build strong working relationships

CNC Programmer (Full-Time)

Well-established manufacturing company in Cypress, CA. is looking for an experienced and reliable CNC Programmer. We need a highly qualified programmer with excellent communication to join our team.



QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to Program and Setup CNC Lathes, 5 Axis Mills, & Vertical Machining centers
  • Experience with Fanuc / Haas / Okuma controls
  • Established understanding of CNC programs
  • Experience with MasterCam & FeatureCam
  • Familiar with speeds & feeds using Aluminum, Titanium, Inconel, 17-4 Stainless Steel
  • Able to operate and/or program a CMM is a plus
  • Ensure the proper utilization of equipment, tools, and material
  • Proficient use of measuring tools and gauges to ensure the quality of the product
  • Mastery of reading of blueprints with GD&T
  • Knowledge of routers and gantries
  • Some supervisory experience helpful
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with all departments
